iPhone is around 500 dollars and a two-year contract with cingular is mandatory, according to G4 and Larry King as well.

O rly. I don't suppose that two year contract is included in the 500 dollars.

Probably not, seeing as this phone is also a widescreen iPod, and the video iPods run for around $300+, plus the internet communicator thing, as well as any other gadgets they've included. But, I could be wrong.
