A student was denied his application to graduate, because he didn't complete the Quantitative requirement of the BA framework. In his last semester, he got a C- in an earth science course. I really do not think that people should be allowed to scant the requirements. It not only becomes a slippery slope, but it is NOT beneficial for the kids that finesse their way- they learn to expect that, ALWAYS.
