No Tool (fits pretty well with this episode, though), but I think you might be remembering this song by Filter that they did use: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9mJ82x_l-E
They also had a song by The Vandals ("Diarrea" - as the shirt says) and James ("Ring the Bells"). Not a bad soundtrack.
