It probably is the fan. Try pressing down on the side of the CPU where your fan is attached while it's making the noise. If it quietens down, it's probably the fan. Mine does that sometimes nowadays - it's a bit annoying, but you either get used to it or use music to block it out. XD
I haven't tried pressing it down, and I'm afraid to, because it might... worsen or something. The noise doesn't take too long, actually, it stops shortly after I open my account.
How loud is yours? Mine isn't THAT loud, but you can hear that it's spinning rapidly, LOL.
Mine ... Actually stopped lately, probably because I've only been using it for a few hours each day lately instead of all-day sessions like I used to. Sometimes it's a bit noisy and irritating, but most of the time you can block it out.
This PC is quite new though... just this year. Does it have anything to do with me leaving the computer all night?

Yeah, you get to marry him. He's the only guy you can actually marry. But that's understandable. Endrance is IN LOVE with Haseo. I you've reached Vol.2, you'll understand.
