This is what happens when you farm security out to the lowest bidder. It becomes a service job with idiots unable and/or not willing to make logical decisions. Heck I get better service from a Starbucks.

On the otherhand, shouldn't they have procedures for handling medical patients who are in need of a hospital? Part of the idea for putting all these departments under Homeland Security was to get rid of the red tape and make securing the nation more streamlined. Seems to me that it is doing exactly the opposite.
