I'm sorry for this completely inappropriate comment, but that article really reads like the menu of my favorite Chinese restaurant, they actually do have something called Du Fu, but I assume it's just a weird spelling of tofu, because that's exactly what's in the meal. I really wish my browser would display the Chinese signs, though. It's one of the things I still haven't figured out.
