*For flowers - My mom use to work at a florist, and she said that if you hang the flowers upside down until they dry, they normally can last a longer time. Also, if they look pretty when they are dry, hanging them upside down ensures they dry straight, so if you put them in like...a vase or something decorative they won't have that wilted look. :3
