Back to basics, I guess.

I will admit it. Last week, I ate a few things I shouldn't have. Not whole meals of them, but I shouldn't have had them either way. For the past few days, however, I've tried to be really strict as to what I'm eating. Yet here we are, at 10:00 AM, on hour four of moderate pain. First, I'd like to say that your icon for this post made my day. Second, ...I don't have much to go with as my only advice is usually "Have some chocolate - it helps; it really helps." I don't think chocolate would help in this instance though (I never thought there'd be a day when I would say that...) My apologies for being useless.
