The turkey I had was great. They soaked it in a brine ala Alton Brown for 12 hours and it was so moist! How did you prep yours?

I have thought about doing the brine thing. Just need to get in and do it.

I lathered mine with oil and stuffed it with stuffing and threw her in the oven for 4 hours. Turned out great as usual.
