So much of the Holidays involves childhood memories. One of my favorite, although it be simple, is the pretzels my dad use to get every Christmas. My dad grew up in PA and that area is known for Pretzel companies. One my dad use to get Pretzels from is Tom Sturgis Pretzels. I ordered some and they just cam in the mail

Ooh nice! Do you heat them up before you bite into them?
Are they crunchy or are they chewy like the ones in New York?

They are the hard pretzels. BUT they are very fresh and not 'rock' hard. I could eat them all day long.
