disabled my facebook and
going to walk the rescued dogs later and
going to the library to get out books and
starting the 30 day shred again and
eating more fruits and veggies and
cleaning my room at least 50% more today

it's this circuit training workout with this lady jillian michaels (i think she was one of the hosts on biggest loser?) there's three different levels you can do -- 10 days for each, or longer if you want. i did it for a while last summer and it was good!
