In 2008, I was riding my bike in Yangpu and stopped to take a photo of this facade. Could not figure out the full inscription at the time. The address is 273 Haizhou Road 海州路273号.

I often try to imagine which era I'd like to be plunged into (in Shanghai, naturally). I need to see the city wall in its full glory, so I'd take the year 1898 (before the Boxer scare).
