I found Firefox to be the most annoying browser despite people raving about it. It kept turning my computer off. I switched to Chrome about a month ago and *touches wood* I haven't had any major problems with it so far. It's much better.

I liked it up until I got ninja updated from 3 to a new version.

I had that problem. It was with the updates that randomly install. Like, my delicious toolbar or whatever. I was so so so sooooooo over it. I am liking Google Chrome a lot. :D

Ugh I deleted all my addons and everything and STILL it did it. I'm over it until they stop cranking out random new versions to generate interest.

oh, have you been having problems with it? Mine keeps getting script errors and then I have to stop them in order to get it to start up... and sometimes its a bit slow but I just figured that was my crappy computer. :S Let me know how you get on with Chrome.

I've used it (and Safari) before, but FF was the first browser I used when I realized that IE sucked ass, and it's had a special place in my heart. I feel so bad switching off of it but seriously, we went from 3 to 6 in like, 4 months and there is no fucking way that that isn't the reason for these fucking problems. I'll give it another try when they launch 7, but for now I'll just stick with Chrome.

It's steamlined, and you can import everything you have from another browser, including saved passwords, browsing history, and bookmarks. So it isn't like I had to do something big. And I have delicious again! :D

I'd suggest downloading Chrome and giving it a try, or Safari if you're upset with google. And even if you don't switch to it as your default browser sometimes having more than one browser is a good thing.

I've always liked Opera the best TBH. :P On my new computer I don't even have anything else.

http://www.opera.com :)
(I guess it has less extra stuff than Firefox and Chrome, but I've used all of them at one point or another and I still like Opera the best. :P)

Important question, the last one I have before I try it: Can I import settings (bookmarks, passwords) from another browser?
