Domo Kitty is a crossbreed of Hello Kitty and Domo-kun. And Domo-kun (a brown Spongebob lookalike, with razor teeth) is the mascot of Japanese NHK TV station. Strange choice of mascot I must say. But the brown creature does grow on you.
