I didn't get it until I read the last section.

Takki had always loved Tsubasa but he never knew that Tsubasa was his sweetheart dressed as a girl.

Tsubasa has really a weird family.

I am quite surprise that Tsubasa didn't realise he was the "Claudia", Takki has been searching for.

I guess it wasn't obvious because Takki was searching for a girl and not a guy. Anyway maybe he subconsciously fell for Host Tsubasa because he reminded him of his childhood sweetheart. They just simply belong together.
