I love baths and so does my darling. So onsen dates are a must.
I would always go early to prepare myself.
And though it's a little thing, I always ensure that his slippers are at the door to greet him. Remember, God is in the details.
Then I'll check out their seasonal menu to see if there's anything that he would like.
I'll have a light bite myself. Because if he wants sxx before dinner, I'll need the energy.
After that, I'll don on the yukata and welcome him in it. Guys like costumes.
I'll also make sure that there's a snack waiting for him, as refreshment or in case he needs the energy too.
Next, I'll head off to the reception counter to double confirm our private onsen reservation.
I recommend that you check out your onsen. If the view is not to your liking, you could try to get another room. But we're usually too busy to enjoy the view.
Finally, lie back on relax. Enjoy the calm because it's likely to get rowdy later.
No harm taking a short nap too because there'll be so much to do later at night. Enjoy!
