okay so i finally got some updates from the bank, that the online transaction i was frauded with, was made from Japan, and item was sent to some Yamada person. as such, i am not liable for the transaction, and the bank has no right to charge me even if they fail to recover any money from the merchant. with that i can finally put a closure to this
