(My THE go-to fic for Hulk feels... Hulk is his own character, literally, and oh so good and perfectly fleshed out. It isn't slashy until the very last epilogue chapter, but it is slowly, oh so slowly, building towards it. If u don't like slash, you can skip the epilogue)

This is a few months late, but a absolutely amazing villian!Tony is The War is Far From Over Now by Dont_call_me_Carrie on AO3. Basically, Tony sorta accidentally takes over the world. He doesn't really realise he's doing it, you see. Its a WIP but I love it. Give it a try.
