You've probably read these, but I'd recommend anything by scifigrl47 (http://archiveofourown.org/users/scifigrl47/pseuds/scifigrl47). The first story that came to mind though is: Four (Or Five) Reasons for Kidnapping Tony Stark (http://archiveofourown.org/works/391599).
