Hey y'all. I am really looking for some good fics where you get to see Tony really being a genius. I would love it if those could also include the team being amazed by something Tony is doing or thinking or creating. Could be something like Tony being a polyglot and surprising Natasha by speaking Russian or something, or him solving complex

The first story that came to mind is one that I was just reading for the third time today and that has been recommended quite a few times on this site:

Summary:Everyone he's ever worked with agrees Tony Stark is impulsive and reckless. If that's the case, though, why is he still around?

Another one is:

Summary:Pepper is a great CEO, but sometimes she needs help from the man she learned it all from.

Agnizing by Oceanbreeze7 might fit your bill, but it's more dark than light hearted.
Summary:Challenge: "So…somebody read Tony's mind and wrote down what he was thinking of?" "God I hope not- I don't want to know what runs through his head." Avengers read the fanfic- Spectacular Ignorance.
