Are you just looking for Bruce-Tony focused fics in general? I've recently been delving more into Bruce/Tony slash, and here's a list of some of my favorites so far, though maybe More Than Was Lost by enigmaticblue would best fit the Bruce stays criteria?

In this fic Bruce didn't stay but he did come back specifically because of what happened in Iron Man 3. It's a pretty angsty fic but the friendship between Bruce and Tony is a major focus. Also it isn't slash and Tony is with Pepper. It's called Hope Dies Last and it's a wip but seems to have regular updates.
