This might be a two-parter that was part of a larger one-shot series. Fics 6 & 7 in the "Tony Stark-Centric Series" by anxious_soul.
Part 6 has Tony coming home from space after Infinity War and Steve calling him insensitive bc he wasn't mourning while Steve had just lost Bucky. Tony yells at him about how Steve hasn't even realized their their son had disappeared etc.
Part 7 has everyone coming back, and Steve forgetting about Peter again when it looks like he might not have come back. Later, Peter asks about Steve and Tony has to admit that Steve never asked about Peter.
