Is there a point where a priest is there at the monument and talks to Loki? It turns out that the priest is actually Frigga in disguise and she gives him a cat? I think?

I think there is a scene like that in FujiDawn's "And we, too, Could be glorious" series that starts here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/992044/chapters/1959844 Loki goes back and forth between genders in it too...I think it was in the first part.
