Looking for scene regarding Bucky's dog tags

I'm trying to find a fic that contains a scene in which Steve & the Howling Commandos 'bury' Bucky, creating a sort of memorial to him in the Alps that contains his dog tags. Years later (I think after the events of CAtWS?) the Winter Soldier searches out the site and digs the 'grave' back up, finding the two tags- they've weathered badly, but the top one protected the one under it enough that he can read the inscription on it.

Anyone recognise this?
