Bruce/Tony, Hulk, awkward courtship

When the Hulk drops the latest villain of the week at Tony’s feet like a cat displaying his kill, Tony congratulates him. When he protects Tony from being harmed, Tony thanks him. Even though he can take care of himself, damnit. When he yanks up a handful of flowers and tries to give them to Tony, Tony wonders if there’s more going on here than he knows. When he yanks a display case out of a candy store and presents it to Tony, Tony knows there is.

Or: Bruce refuses to court Tony himself, so the Hulk does it for them.

Blindsided by a flying robot that takes it upon its unholy self to body-check him while he’s trying to recalibrate, figure out what direction is up and all that

So this is pretty much amazing in every way shape and form. Loving how Tony views the Hulk as a child with anger issues, and the different ways Hulk is expressing his affection, and, currently, Tony's frustration at not being able to do anything.

Can't wait for more!
