Keeping in line with Age Of Ultron canon, the Red Room took Alpha!Natasha's ability away to impreginate omegas (of any gender). Cue Omega!Bruce (who can't get pregnant due to the Hulk) and her having some cathartic sex with Natasha telling Bruce how she'd knock up him so good/put a baby into him etc. and Bruce pretty much begging for his Alpha to knock him up.

Can have a bittersweet ending but I'd prefer a happy ending. All handwaving of how that would even work biologically allowed, I'd just would like both Natasha and Bruce to still have their usual sets of genitals.

The super soldier serum does affect Steve in some way comparable to what happens with the Red Skull. (Although it doesn't have to be the same thing, or as creepy-looking.) His body is taking itself apart and he just can't quite deal with it himself ... and it ends up being that someone has to help with the last bit of taking-apart so that his body can do what it needs to and Steve can stop being in pain. Skin getting pulled off? Cuts being made so that new appendages can grow?
