Glorified sentence fics, from this post, requesting non-angsty fics about two characters. Reposted here because of remixredux08, mainly, to give my remixer as much material as possible.
Eight and Charley (requested by such_heights):
He may be old, and tired, and possibly a little bit senile, but she's still an Edwarian Adventuress, and whenever she sees the cosmos, he remembers what it was (is) like when the universe is yours to explore, and the stars seem just a little bit brighter.
Sirius and Remus, from HP (requested by cherryfeather):
Remus shields his eyes against the sun as he wades into the lake, watching James and Lily splashing each other in the shallows. Sirius is creeping up behind James, and pulls him into the water, soaking them both. Lily laughs, and James gives her an affronted look when he surfaces. "Some girlfriend you are," he says. "Won't even protect me from vicious attacks." Sirius grins, and Remus smiles, too.
He thinks, this is what heaven would be like.
Jack and Tosh, from Torchwood (requested by ninamazing):
Sometimes, working for Torchwood scares her. She didn't expect to ever come home from 1941. She thought she would live there, watch a war tear the country apart, and die before she could get back to 2008. She'd thought about it, as she tried to get a message to the team, and decided it wouldn't be too bad. Jack would be here with her, and he would keep her safe.
(She wouldn't be the only one out of time.)
Romana and Leela, from the Gallifrey audios (requested by fly_to_dawn):
"You saved my life," Romana says in wonder.
"That is my duty," Leela responds. "I am a warrior of the Sevateem, and it would be a dishonor to let one so stupid injure my president."
"Oh, of course. Duty, honor, glory. How very Time Lord-y of you."
"You insult me, Madam President."
Clyde and Luke, from The Sarah Jane Adventures (requested by livii):
"We saved the world!"
"Again. What is it, the fifth time this week?"
"Statistically, it seems that the Home Counties receive more alien attacks than anywhere else in the world."
"Thank you, superhuman brain. Now, any chance I could borrow your revision notes?"
"Why do you need them?"
"To revise from, idiot."
"That's unethical!"
"Luke, in case you'd forgotten, I just saved the world. Without me, you wouldn't have a class to revise for. Without me - damn. You wouldn't have exams, either. Maybe I should have let those aliens take the human race as slaves. It could not possibly be worse than my maths exam."
