the only help I have to possibly offer is that we buy food in bulk at sams club - meat and such. about once a month we make the trip, and we come home and I make it into dinner packages to go into the chest freezer. I have packs of chicken, pork, beef and veggies in the freezer

Yup, we do the Sam's Club thing too... but I've been getting away from the massive weekend cooking and I need to get back to that
