WEEK 7 || MS Paint ; "The Waterbending Scroll" ; "Après Moi"
I was wayyyy too tired last night to put this up x__x Sorry!
General: MS Paint

April is Jazz month, right? 8D So that means... Improv! MS Paint! Yes, that's right, the only program you can use for this challenge is MS Paint (or a very similar limited image-editing program). You may, however, use your original program of choice to crop and resize the screencap. BUT THAT'S IT. No color adjustments or anything of the original pic; everything other than resizing/cropping must be done on MS Paint. >:D
Keep in mind that, for MS Paint, SAVE YOUR ICON AS A PNG, OR ELSE YOU RISK SERIOUS QUALITY/COLOR LOSS. As far as I know, the color loss after you save in any other format is irreversible.
Oh, and Iroh.org has high-quality, good-colored caps, if you're worried about original color quality. ^^

"Après moi le deluge" translates to "After me the flood"; the Russian portion translates to:

This week, you may quote just TWO consecutive words, since I think that that'd be easier. You may omit repetitions, words in parentheses, etc. "ding-dong" would be accepted as two words, and "the" counts as one. XD;; Hopefully, that doesn't make it too easy...
