Chin the Conqueror Questions

Okay. Here is the situation. I'm going to be hosting an Avatar: The Last Airbender D&D game with my friends using this (http://sites.google.com/site/avatard20/) system. I'm going to be setting the adventure during the time of Kyoshi and Chin the Conqueror. Does anyone have more

I would recommend watching the added bonus "Adventures in the Spirit World" included in the Book Two collection. While it doesn't offer about Chin specifically, it does give a snippet into that time period - namely, that the entire Earth Kingdom was full of wars and struggles for power. If you don't have the DVD boxed set, a transcription of Kyoshi's chapter can be found here.

Unfortunately, Kyoshi also lived to be over two-hundred, so who knows how long apart these two skirmishes were. However, I'd like to think that they offer a smidge of insight into that time period, anyway - especially given with how war-like Kyoshi herself, is.

EDIT: Duh, I should have read it: Chin actually died before the mentioned uprise in Ba Sing Se. I suppose it's safe to imagine that the entire Earth Kingdom would still be in a period of upheaval, considering how close together the two events mentioned are.
