hm, do I sense Ozai as a kind of anti-Avatar, re-incarnating endlessly, to cause havok in the world? I need to check out that story you linked to though.

Not quite that. Someday, I will actually explain what's going on with Ozai and reincarnating in my 'verse. But today is not that day. ^__^

Whoa, pretty cool. I'd love to see this expanded. Creepy, very neat idea. I would expect the Avatar isn't the only being reincarnating out there. Interesting that the Phoenix King isn't born into a new person, but chooses one? Hmm...

No, Ozai had no more choice in who he'd be born into than anyone else. He's just more aware of it. And chatty.

For more of Ataneq, I really suggest reading "Coming Forth by Day". I've also got another fic dealing with Ozai's subsequent incarnations that I'm working on, but since I'm working on ten thousand things at once, who knows when that'll be finished enough to post.
