Very much liked the opening. Crowded airport, little old lady, boy from high school!
The air mattress coldness amused me. Man, those things are FREEZING, seriously. You have to have as many blankets beneath you as over you just to keep warm. So, I approved of this part. if I were Devin, I would've slept with Adrian, too, just to avoid it!
The story made me smile. A little late to bring me any sort of holiday cheer, but it was cheer nonetheless. Thank you!

:D I'm glad I made this really believable, I worked really hard on that.... actually that's a lie. I totally just wrote what came to mind.
You know I haven't slept on one of those things in so long and when I did it was summer so the coldness was good. But I'm glad I got that right!
I read where you had a bad Christmas so I'm really glad this could bring you some cheer. Thank you for reading!

The speech thing, umm… It should just come with MSW. If your computer has speech software… There doesn't seem to be a menu item for "start speaking now…" like I remember from MSW on Windows. But, if you don't see that, look for View/Toolbars/Speech. You have to select all text for it to start speaking (at least with mine you do). But after it gets going, you can do pretty much anything, go to another program, look at porn, whatever your fancy… it'll just keep talking. It really is marvellous.
If you can't seem to find it, search the MSW help guide for "speech" - maybe something will come up then.
Also, I have an AIM screen name that I use sometimes, farinemaerue … if you run into trouble you can find me and maybe I can help.
