Seriously? They spent time on this AND made it useless? Sounds like even temp costume don't work while walking...not sure I see even a single use for this apart form RP...which is fine, but then how many other USEFUL things that ALSO work with RP have people begged for?

Honestly I don't think they spent a lot of time on this, aside from unlocking it as a player ability.
