Then why do you need another? You already have Scrabble! That is the only game you need!

At the entertaining-not-much-brain-needed end of things, there's Pit and Jenga, OK OK neither of which are board games. Requiring a bit more thinking, but probably my favourite board game is Torres, from Rio Grande Games, who publish a whole line of games translated from German, who they take these things seriously.
