I would become Chullie's friend. And buy her dresses and love her.
THEIR DANCE SCENE. CHEESY BUT EFFECTIVE.
virtually wags eyebrows. I see that ninja!QMi there. (not really...)
Because it's prom, some balloons with the cupcakes and sparkles.

Yah, I'm glad you would be that open-minded. I have a trans friend and despite being hands-down the prettiest girl I have ever seen, it's almost impossible for her to find dates if the guys knew that she used to be biologically male.

Btw, very amused how you are slowly working your way through my fic masterlist LOL.

I really don't know how it feels to experience what Heechul had, or even have a trans-friend, but it just doesn't feel right judge someone by sexuality, race, etc. but by their personalities. :)

NOOOO. I HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED. jumps behind new story and hides.

I only read two of your fics and I 'm already in love with your writing.

I cried, I sighed, it was just perfect. The only bemol is that I think that you switched pronoms a little late but I guess it was needed for dramatic effect.

I wish everyone would be as open-minded as you.

The switching of pronouns and its late occurrence in the fic was intentional - glad you noticed! I wanted to give the reader the impression that while Heechul definitely knew she was female, she still questioned her gender to some degree. (My transgendered professor told me that it took her a long time to come to terms with it - she figured out she was female in her late twenties!)

Thank you so much for your support! I'm happy that you think I'm open-minded - nothing makes me happier than to see people accept people of different races/genders/sexual orientations. I guess that's why I love Star Trek so much ;)

Thanks for your reply! I'm curious as what you mean by Star Trek... I'm not a huge fan, but I've watched some and I've never seen any LGBT people...

My transgender friend was in her mid twenties but I don't think it compares because Heechul in this story is completely living as a girl as opposed as to someone that live in the closet. What I mean is that normally, when you are at the stade to endure bullying because you are an out transgender, you already switched pronouns and you are already certain you are transgender because otherwise you would just conform to your assign sex and it would be (normally) much easier. Sorry if I'm not clear, English is not my first language. Also, don't mind me, I'm only nitpicking, your story is perfect!

Star Trek is known for having one of the first culturally diverse cast, since its creation was based on the premise of open-mindedness and acceptance. In the Original Series (1960s), Mr. Sulu was played by George Takei, an openly gay Japanese-American. In the 2009 Star Trek: Reboot, Spock is played by Zachary Quinto, also openly gay. There are hardly any LGBT characters in the Original Series, but Gene Roddenberry, the creator, definitely wanted to introduce one (he died before he could see it done). If you venture into the Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series, they start to become more daring with the idea of sexuality and gender.

So what I mean to say is that I love Star Trek because of its platform of peace and love among all of humanity no matter who they love or what color they are ( ... )
