The part that gets me is "must be on TV/movies but not necessarily an actor". Is that so someone can say "you look like George Lucas" or "you look like 3rd Unit Assistant Director Chad Johnson"?
That's a great photo. It would be even better if your friend wasn't smiling, but instead looked unimpressed, or even upset to be used as a way to show that you're NOT a racist. :) Not that you are, mind you.
I think that as your brother, I'm exempt from this meme. After all, I KNOW what you look like. Hell, when I look in the mirror, I see you looking back at me, especially since I lost some weight a few years back. It's freaky.
Although a friend once told me I look like Guy Smiley from Sesame Street:
Paul looks like that all the time, a slightly bemused expression. He knew about Colbert and his black friend, so it was probably harder for him to pull off the annoyed expression.
