I'm surprised that I'm not tiered after a sleepless night. Last night I just could not fall a sleep. I tried clearing my mind but that did not help. I figure it's either because of anxiety or the soda i had. I don't drink a lot of caffeine but when I do it doesn't usually affect my sleep. I was too sad to write last night. So I started my cycle Wednesday and called of off work yesterday but am starting to feel better after a whole ot of medication. So I've made it to Sunday. I have been starting to feel a bit down. I am trying my best to keep good spirits but I get depressed every now and then. Today I have received a visiting teaching list. So as I have been reading the Bible I have seen accounts of people receiving knowledge or God promising knowledge/wisdom. Wisdom/Knowledge is something I would like to obtain.
