At the moment, my backyard looks like the icy tundras of Antarctica - with my knee predicting more snow on the way - although the Beagles seem to enjoy ice (er...paw?) skating. Out front my jacked up neighbor is attempting to work off the excess energy of whatever illegal substance he is currently under the influence of, by furiously whacking WITH

I'm going to be the voice of cowardice and suggest to avoid him. It's just my paranoia talking but idiocy + more-or-less-legal substance + the fact that he knows where you live doesn't reassure me much. (I have terrible neighbours too so I completely understand the feeling though)

I would kindly speak with his girlfriend (who actually owns the house) but she is most likely in an alcoholic stupor. She can't stand him when she's sober, and can be induced to yell at him for me.

Most of my neighbors are decent - and sane - but this guy... meh. He's not so much violent as he is painfully stupid, though you are dead on that idiocy + drugs = a bit not good. I shall keep my mouth shut until such time as he is not jacked up.
