haha...i like that line better in cantonese. 假設你要去為我的墓送花(火 - 蝦用雪花 別用老花)
在某天當身為嫲嫲不要記掛...actually, it literally translate to " if you go to my tombstone to give me flowers ('fa' in cantonese), use snowflakes (suet fa) don't use presbyopia ('lo fa' - an eye condition that comes with old age).'

but i can't write that in the story without screwing up the mood of the story, so well, i gave it a rough translation. haha..
