The packing has begun. Our living space is filling with boxes and people are stopping by to pick up the things they have bought, carting out pieces of furniture. Even our kitty is gone to her new home, leaving a subtle sense of emptiness lacking her friendly furry-purry presence

Between the jet-lag and the seasonal difference I think it might take me quite a while to get fully oriented in time again. But there's no hurry, I suppose, and I know all will be well with time.
