What date are you leaving?

I remember when I was packing for my voyage to Scotland. That single event changed my life forever. :)

We fly out on Nov 20th! *bounces with excitement*

Its good to know that these sorts of things really do work out and I'm not the only one to hear the call of love and transformation across the oceans...

This is such an exciting and life-changing time for you. Be sure to take a breather now and then, in other words - take care of yourself!

Give your lovely lady a hug for me, and ask her to give you one in return for me as well. Love to you both.

I headed into the weekend stressed by all the things I felt I had to do. I got most of it done though and now I'm feeling confident that everything can be managed so I'm relaxing quite a bit. The rest can be accomplished with slow and steady effort leaving plenty of time for breathers and recreation...

Thank you for the love and caring thoughts! *hugs*

You are very wise, mellonamin. I thought you most likely had already been making sure there was balance in your plans, but as a worry-wart, I couldn't help but remind you. :)

That's what friends are for, my dear! *hugs*

It's a bit peculiar how this same transition is presenting us both with different sets of challenges- you to be on your own for the first time, me to be a part of a family again...

Between the jet-lag and the seasonal difference I think it might take me quite a while to get fully oriented in time again. But there's no hurry, I suppose, and I know all will be well with time.

Thanks for the encouragement and hope! *hugs*
