For some reason I could hardly sleep last night, which means that I've been VERY tired at work today. Mercifully it's been a quiet day here at the office with every single one of my clients so far rescheduling or no-showing. This means that I've had several hours to wade through part of the ever-growing mountain of paperwork that's been amassing
