Friday Fatigue

What was I thinking? About ten months ago (or so), I decided it was time for me to lose some weight and get in shape. Too many years of sitting at my computer eating junk food and fast food meals finally caught up with me. I found myself about 25 pounds overweight. I've been trying to get back into exercise myself. Before I got laid off I was going to boot camp and getting in some walking, I was also using the food diary on MyFitnessPal and was working on the various squat/plank 30 day challenges. I need to get back on to do something, maybe walking at least and just haven't yet.

Granted I haven't gained any of the weight I've lost over the years (about 80 since 2008) but I still have a lot more to go. I'm going to at least try to get some walking in this weekend.
