I don’t have a link to an inspiring post because today’s inspiration comes from the SCBWI AZ “Welcome to Our House Conference” I attended on Saturday.

Sounds like a very energizing time :) One of these days, I'll attend our local conference again (it's been seven? years, I think).

Wow, you've REALLY got to get to a conference, girl! ;-) Or have you been to others during that seven +/- years, and just not your local one?

I've been the Pikes Peak conference twice (that's about an hour south of here), and a couple years ago, I went to one here in Denver. Both are for writers across the board rather than focusing only on kidlit. But yeah, I probably need to find something to try again ;)

I so wish you could have been there! I'm submitting the MG fantasy, Destroyer's Hope--although the editor didn't like the title so I'm changing it. ;-)
