Hey everyone! Sorry the epilogue took a bit longer to post: my week got insane. But it's here, it's done, and I hope y'all enjoyed the ride. Thank you for all of the comments you've left! They've made me a very very giddy little writer.

This epilogue follows Ending 11B.

Love this 'verse so much, and this Epilogue was my favorite chapter. It didn't provide much in the way of happy closure, which was to be expected.

Thank you sweetie, so so much for all the comments! Unfortunately with John, I couldn't think of a way to give a happy closure that would work. The boys love him, deep down, and he truly loves them, but it's the same level of bitter-sweet that I sort of saw in canon. To me, John could be interpreted in two ways: one way I put in my RaBB!verse, and the other I finally got to explore here. John's a very complex character, and I loved being able to explore more of him the way I viewed him in my head.

Time stamps will be from this vein, obviously: the other way lies canon. :) But thank you so much and I'm super glad you've enjoyed the story!

I'm not sure I've commented before now, which is really too bad of me. Let me make up for it now. I've loved every word of this and watched eagerly for each new chapter. It's been a wonderful alternate storyline, and remained true to both Sam's and Dean's characters, even so. Solid writing, lovely storytelling. Thanks for allowing us along for the ride.

Thank you so very much; it means a lot to me to hear how much you've enjoyed it! It was really this very random idea that popped one day, and I swore to myself, "Self, this won't be any longer than four, maybe five chapters at best. Don't drag it out!"

And I agreed with myself and then it exploded. So I'm very glad that the unexpected length didn't deter you and that you followed along so bravely through all the pitfalls and cliffhangers they faced. :)

Neb, I'm sad to see this end but it has been a fantastic ride!! *HUGS*

You've kept the boys true to their characters and I really loved seeing some innocence in both but you could tell that there were glimpses of the men that they would be come. And the epilogue was absolutely wonderful and bitter-sweet because of John.
