Rory woke me crying in the middle of the night, so I went in to soothe her. To my surprise her sleepsuit was damp - had her nappy leaked? And her hair was damp too. Sweaty? It wasn’t that warm, despite the heater being on. Why did the room smell of sour cheese ( Read more... )

Poor little thing. I hope she's OK now.

Oh yes, the joys of motherhood! That's one of the few things that I really hated.

I remember that Connor (my grandson) picked up a gastro bug when he was about 8 months old. And gave it to me! :(

I think she's okay, though she's had a cold and was grouchy and clingy as hell yesterday. Fortunately that's pretty unusual.

Eww, gastro! It sucks when you catch what they have! We went through loads of tissues when I caught Rory's cold.

Aaah, yes... the joys of motherhood! Hope it was just a one time thing, and that you won't catch it off her, like I did with the norovirus Kaylee had earlier this year. At least that was through quickly, unlike the colds I seem to catch off her every time she gets one. :)

I took her to childcare today but she's still not herself :/. Hope the bug bugs off soon!

She's still not very well, poor kid, but she's in bed and I hope she gets through the night without any more sickies. Yep, I am sure there is more puking to come, not to mention toilet training. :D

I suspect now she got a virus from playgroup. Feel a bit slow for not picking up the symptoms, but it's hard to tell with kidlets. Hopefully she'll improve soon!

Sherlock looks like so much fun, the perfect Christmas treat. And they're teasing us already with the green carnation wallpaper and stuff. :D
