vegan "chicken" (Nigari?) how to cook?

My lovely boyfriend recently went to "the big smoke" and brought me back some "vegetarian chicken" which, as far as I can tell, is just nigari tofu. Its a brand called "Unigreen food" and has chinese (?) writing on the pack with green and black and white plastic cover. Asian style mock meat is awesome. Just use it in a curry or stirfry like you would with real dead bits.

thanks. I'm cooking it up now. I was stumped, so I "egged" (no-egg) and bread-crumbed it. Shallow fried. I'll let you know how it turns out. I have no idea!
