Secluded, private spot in the woods [afternoon, prior to newsletter meeting] [NFB]

Rory had picked a very shady spot today and was lying on her back, fanning herself with a book and stretching out her feet in the hopes that they'd feel a little better after her workshop that morning.

And, naturally, she was waiting for someone. Why else would she hang out in the woods when she had an air-conditioned cabin?

Anakin sighed. "With the poisonous plant and the itching. Yeah." He gave her another kiss. "Okay. Other ideas?"

"Well, I have a paper meeting in like, an hour," Rory said, checking her watch. "We could do something tonight, though. Something air-conditioned."

"I like that," Anakin said. "Although it's really not that hot out." He linked his fingers back through Rory's. "Dorms? Or would that be really obvious?"

"Let's go out," Rory suggested. "I mean, not in an obviously datey kind of way, but like...how about Caritas? And then we could go back to the dorms after, maybe."

"I can do a lot in five minutes," Anakin said, nipping at her ear.

"Can you?" Rory asked, raising an eyebrow and kissing his neck.

"Not in a too quick kind of way," Anakin clarified. "But I figured you wouldn't be too upset with more kissing."

"I will never turn down kissing," Rory promised, giggling softly.
