Logan's feet hit the floor before his eyes even opened. He didn't put on his shoes this time, but he did pause to grab a water gun and a cross before stumbling over to Surgery.

He flipped on the light and swung the gun toward a shadow before realizing Rory was the only other person in the room.

Rory had grabbed her stake when she heard noises outside the room and was holding it out in front of her in a shaking hand.

"Oh. It's just you," she said, her voice unsteady but obviously relieved as she lowered the stake.

"What - what happened?" Logan asked. He took a deep breath but didn't lower the gun.

"S-sorry if I woke you," she said, swallowing and trying to get her breathing back under control. "Had a nightmare."
