How is it possible I'm the first person to comment on this? I adored the story and I'm so glad I decided to waste some time perusing the comms tonight.

Really, really well done. Fred and George are not given much depth in canon (as much as I love them) and I love how you fleshed George out here.

I'm totally adding this to my next recc list. It's too good not to.

Agreed, Fred and George definitely don't have much depth in canon, which, actually, might be one of the reasons I love writing about them. It's sad, but in a way, Fred's death was a godsend for fanfiction.

I always loved the scene in 'Order of the Phoenix' where F&G gang-banged Malfoy for ragging on their mother. It was the first real time we got to see them as something other than fun-loving pranksters.

I think a lot of the things that happened in DH were gifts to fanfic writers. I became a big Snape/Lily fan about a month before book 7 and it was gratifying to see it come true in canon, but as a writer it was just as wonderful to see some gaping holes in the timeline that my imagination has the opportunity to "fill in."

I love that scene too -- actually, OotP has a couple of those moments for the twins, like after Arthur's attacked.

It's true, there's a ton of fanfiction fodder in DH. For some reason, it helped me to write after I knew how it ended.

I'm also a big Snape/Lily fan! Though it was after HBP for me; I just felt so certain that there had been something between them.

::: blissful/pleased moan/sound ::: Much more fitting than George/Hermione. The two of them are definitely made for each other I think. A) They share a long history, and know each other so well already. B) They can empathize with each other in a way over Fred that nobody else can. C)As Alicia said, Angelina is attracted to the Twins' type, and I think as Fred's twin George it isn't unlikely that he would be attracted to Angelina
