An update for the first time in a while.

I've found my new favorite yogurt. It's fabulous. It Yoplat Light Apple Turnover flavor. It's even got little pieces and bits of apple in it. It tastes so freaking good, and even though it's not an even exchange for the real apple turnovers I was over indulging in, this is a good substitue. In the last three weeks I've lost 5 pounds on Weight
